The day after Christmas is Boxing Day.  "It just is."  We drove to York on Boxing Day. (Christmas was nice we spent it with friends.) York is a cute town with an interesting history. It is most famous for being the birthplace of Guy Fawkes (remember, remember the 5th of November, the gunpowder, treason and plot.  I see no reason that gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.) York is also famous for a great variety of ghost's that haunt just about every corner of the town.  We heard harrowing tales of ghostly roman legions, plague victims and, victorian children who fell down stairs or played too close to horse carts.  Everyone who dies in that town must come back and haunt the place!  It was a fun little trip.
